Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We strive in making things as easy as possible for our customers. You can call, text or email us what you are looking for and we  will send room scene photos to your phone and can bring you samples directly to your home. You also have the option to browse the enormous showrooms at our affiliated warehouses. Once you've decided on what product you like. we can place the order for the amount you need along with all the trim and supplies you may need. If the product is not in our local stock or your jobsite is out of town, we can ship to the warehouse  that is nearest to your location or we can ship the product directly to your jobsite for an additional shipping charge.

We accept all major credit cards and bank transferring services.

Warehouse pickup option: For material orders only, we require full payment up front.

Direct ship option: You pay for you materials in full before we ship them directly to the destination of your choice. (direct shipping charge included)

Local pickup: 0-6 days depending if it is in stock.

Out of town orders:  Typically, 2-8 business days for orders that are being shipped in  the intercontinental United States. 

Backorder/Special Order: Items that are back ordered and being shipped in on containers can take 2-8 weeks.  

Once you have paid for your order, we supply you a reference number that you give to any of the clerks in the showroom and they will get the warehouse to bring your materials out.
